Complaints
Eastside Lutheran College | Complaints Form
Everyone has the right to make a formal complaint and to have it handled respectfully, sensitively, and confidentially. Wherever possible, we encourage people to first try to resolve concerns informally through conversation and discussion. If this does not resolve the issue, a formal complaint can be made. The College’s preferred way to receive formal complaints is through this online complaint form. You may choose to submit a complaint anonymously. Please be aware that doing so may limit our ability to fully investigate the issue or take action. If we need more information and cannot obtain it, the complaint may not proceed. We are also unable to provide updates or outcomes for anonymous complaints. Likewise, if you do not provide contact details, we will not be able to respond directly to you. If a complaint is found to be frivolous or made solely to cause disruption or harm, the College may decide not to investigate or may stop the investigation. In these circumstances, and after considering the seriousness and intent of the complaint, the College may also choose not to continue communicating with the complainant. More information about how we handle complaints is available in the Complaints Policy and Complaints Procedure.
