Thank you for considering Eastside Lutheran College for your child’s educational journey.
As a co-educational Christian K-10 school on Hobart's Eastern Shore, we are committed to providing a quality, holistic education that supports every child to achieve their fullest potential.
Families from across the Eastern Shore and Southern Tasmania choose Eastside Lutheran College for our strong community, personalised approach to learning, and seamless educational journey from Kindergarten to Year 10.
We would be delighted to welcome your family for a personalised school tour, where you can experience day-to-day school life, meet our student leaders, and chat with our Principal. To arrange a tour, please email enrolments@elc.tas.edu.au or contact our Registrar on (03) 6244 6885 (dial 2 for enrolments).
Enrolment Process
Step One | Make Contact
To apply for enrolment, please complete the Enrolment Enquiry Form Online or contact us on 6244 6885 (Option 2).
Step Two | Interview and College Tour
Once initial contact has been made, our College Registrar will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for your family to meet with the Principal and Head of School. This enrolment interview includes a tour of our College and typically takes around 30 minutes.
Step Three | Enrolment Forms
Complete and return to us the College Enrolment Form along with:
- Your child's birth certificate
- Your child's immunisation records
- Any important medical information
An application fee of $75 per enrolment is payable with each application and is non-refundable if an application is unsuccessful or wait-listed.
Step Four | Enrolment Outcome
Our selection process considers a range of factors, including (but not limited to) whether there are siblings or family members currently attending the College, availability of places, our ability to provide appropriate support for your child, and a commitment to respecting and supporting our strong Christian ethos.
We will advise you of the outcome of your application, whether it be successful, wait-listed, or unsuccessful.
