A new hall

2009 - 2014

In 2009, there was an enrolment of 67 students at Eastside Lutheran College. In 2012, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church made the decision to sell the church building on Davey Street due to the decaying sandstone and brick structure and thus held their Sunday worship services in the school building temporarily. As the church congregation had ownership of the school land, it was decided to renovate the hall on the site in 2014 to provide further facilities and an assembly hall for Eastside Lutheran College students, as well as accommodate the congregation for worship services for the time being. The hall renovations were officially completed in 2016.

Installing the pods

2015 - 2024

From 2016-2017 Eastside Lutheran College acquired a new building block known as the ‘pods’, as a result of the student cohort continuing to grow. These pods featured updated facilities, classrooms, seating areas and offices and have become an essential part of the campus at Warrane. In the following years, the campus continued to shift and change to reflect the needs and wants of the students and staff that brought life, service, and Lutheran Education in a loving and impactful way to the community surrounding Eastside.
