Student Assistance Scheme (STAS)
At Eastside Lutheran College, we are committed to making a quality Christian education accessible to as many families as possible. Families who qualify for the Tasmanian Government's Student Assistance Scheme (STAS) may be eligible for a discount in tuition fees.
STAS is administered by the Tasmanian Government and is designed to assist families on lower incomes with the cost of schooling. Families wishing to be considered for fee concessions at ELC are encouraged to apply directly through Service Tasmania.
How to Apply
- Submit an application to the Student Assistance Scheme (STAS) through Service Tasmania website
- Once your application has been approved, please provide a copy of your approval notice to the College Finance Team fees@elc.tas.edu.au
- Eligible fee concessions will be applied in accordance with the College's current fee policy.
Please note that ELC's fee concessions for STAS-approved families are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
